  根據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,薄膜電容器的應(yīng)用場景正在不斷擴大,下游應(yīng)用以輸配電、電機驅(qū)動為主,分別占下游應(yīng)用市場規(guī)模的 31%、23%,其余應(yīng)用場景還包括電源/適配器/DC-DC 轉(zhuǎn)換、照明鎮(zhèn)流器、可再生能源 DC-Link 等,而對應(yīng)的應(yīng)用終端電力電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、照明、家電、新能源發(fā)電、新能源汽車等全球市場均以我國為主要應(yīng)用市場。

  3)充電樁
  Charging pile
  在直流充電樁中,也需要大容量、高價值的 DC-Link 電容進行緩沖。隨著直流快充充電樁輸出功率的增長,單樁薄膜電容器用量具有提升空間。
  In the DC charging pile, large capacity and high-value DC Link capacitors are also required for buffering. With the increase of output power of DC fast charging pile, the amount of single pile film capacitor has room for improvement.

  光伏太陽能板吸收光照能量產(chǎn)生直流電壓,而輸電系統(tǒng)使用交流電壓,因此與新能源汽車類似的,需要使用逆變器實現(xiàn) AC/DC 轉(zhuǎn)換。光伏逆變器中,薄膜電容被用在三個用途:
  Photovoltaic solar panels absorb light energy to generate DC voltage, while the transmission system uses AC voltage. Therefore, similar to new energy vehicles, inverters are required to achieve AC/DC conversion. In photovoltaic inverters, thin film capacitors are used for three purposes:
  C1、C2:阻止有害的高頻電流,同時減少直流電源線中的電磁干擾,保護太陽能電池板;
  C1, C2: prevent harmful high-frequency current, reduce electromagnetic interference in DC power lines, and protect solar panels;
  C3:IGBT等開關(guān)器件在狀態(tài)切換時容易造成器件的損壞,通常搭配一個聚丙烯薄膜電容進行緩沖;
  C3: IGBT and other switching devices are prone to damage during state switching, and are usually buffered with a polypropylene film capacitor;
  C4:逆變器輸出中為交流電搭配的濾波電容器,通常也為金屬化薄膜聚丙烯電容器。
  C4: The filter capacitor matched with AC in the inverter output is usually metallized film polypropylene capacitor.
  2)風(fēng)電

  風(fēng)電發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中薄膜電容器主要被用于變流器電氣系統(tǒng)中的幾個部分,其功能和在光伏發(fā)電逆變器十分相似:
  Thin film capacitors in wind power generation systems are mainly used in several parts of the converter electrical system, and their functions are very similar to those in photovoltaic power generation inverters:
  C1(緩沖電容器):IGBT 等開關(guān)器件在狀態(tài)切換時容易造成器件的損壞,通常搭配一個聚丙烯薄膜電容進行緩沖;
  C1 (buffer capacitor): switching devices such as IGBT are prone to damage during state switching, and are usually buffered with a polypropylene film capacitor;
  C2(直流鏈路濾波電容器):直流鏈路電容有助于保護逆變器免受瞬時電壓尖峰、浪涌和 EMI 的影響;
  C2 (DC link filter capacitor): DC link capacitor helps protect the inverter from transient voltage spikes, surges and EMI;
  C3(輸出濾波電容器):變流器輸出中為交流電搭配的濾波電容器,通常也為金屬化薄膜聚丙烯電容器。
  C3 (output filter capacitor): the filter capacitor matched with AC in the converter output, usually also a metallized film polypropylene capacitor.
